Easy Raw Dog Food Recipe with Emu and Quail #ThinkOutsideTheBag



This is one of the meals I made for my dogs; the below ingredients are for 3 days of food for four big dogs. Please note that this meal cannot be cooked because there is bone in it. You can, however, alternate the proteins to what’s available in your area with the caveat that the nutrient profile will change with any ingredient change.

INGREDIENTS:

10 lbs of emu
6 lbs of bobwhite
2 lbs of carp by ScoutandZoes
2 lbs of beef organ blend by GreenTripe
2 lbs of green beef tripe
2 cups of Raw Vibrance by Dr. Harvey’s
8 ounces of oysters

Each day, I add the following to one or both meals:
1 raw egg per dog
2 duck feet or 1 duck neck per dog
1 spoonful of sauerkraut per dog

And I sprinkle a meal topper by Dr. Becker’s Bites (DETOX is my favorite).

I add supplements based on my dogs’ needs:

All of my dogs get Nzymes and FullBucket Daily Canine Powder. Rodrigo and Sydney also get Dr. Baker’s Canine System Saver Natural Supplement.

My 1 year old male Vizsla on a pretty solid point. His steadiness needs work as you can see but he did a great job for a pup. What wasn’t great was the shooting, a rare factory dud shell caused us to shoot late and but we were able to get the bird.
