How to fix a stuck dog collar

Take out the one next to it and then do this: turn the tip to the side to take it out. —————— Before commenting please read the following. I received some nasty comments about the prong collar being harmful to the dog. 1) We have a 6 year old 70 pound male German Shepherd dog that was rescued and was about to be euthanized or killed at the pound. 2) Hispanic owners were faced with an ultimatum from the owner: get rid of the dog or leave because the dog was aggressive towards other dogs. 3) we took him to two training sites, Baxter and Beasley, at Bark University. Both coaches asked us to buy a spike collar. We refused because it seemed painful and cruel. In fact, another supposed trainer also told us the same thing. We followed his advice. In the obedience training classes we took him to (about eight classes), almost every dog had a prong collar except our dog. We bought a more humane Mendota strap. 4) after this there were a couple of incidents where we couldn’t control the strong dog even after his obedience training. Thanks to Jesus nothing bad happened, otherwise they would have taken him back to the pound, euthanized him, and fined us. We learned our lesson. The spike collar is safe and helps control him and he knows what it is. Of course, a prong collar should never be made too tight; we keep it loose and it only serves as a slight correction.

Sacroiliac joint exercises to relieve pain – 4 BASIC EXERCISES

Sacroiliac joint exercises to relieve pain – 4 BASIC EXERCISES #physiosophy #sacroiliac joint Hello! If you suffer from sacroiliac joint pain, you are not alone. It can be a real pain in the… well, sacroiliac area! But fear not, because I have some exercises that can give you some much-needed relief. These exercises are backed by solid evidence and are very easy to do. So let’s dive right in! The Bridge Begin by lying face up on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor with your arms placed next to your torso. – Support your core and squeeze your butt before any movement. – While supporting yourself, lift your butt off the ground and continue squeezing it. – Hold this position for 5 seconds and slowly return to the starting position. – Aim for 10 repetitions. One-Leg Bridges: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. – Raise one leg off the ground, keeping it bent at a 90-degree angle. Now, push with the heel of your other foot to lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold the position for a second and then lower yourself back down. – Do 10 repetitions with each leg. Single leg bridges strengthen the muscles around the sacroiliac joint, providing more support and reducing pain. Clams: Lie on your side with your knees bent and hips stacked. – Keeping your feet together, raise your top knee as high as you can without rotating your pelvis backwards. Hold the position for a moment and then lower yourself back down. – Try to perform 10 to 15 repetitions on each side. Clams help improve hip stability, which can relieve stress on the sacroiliac joint. Bird Dogs: Get on your hands and knees in a tabletop position, with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. – Now, extend your right arm forward and your left leg back, keeping them parallel to the ground. Hold the position for a moment, then return to the starting position and switch sides. – Alternate sides for 10 repetitions each. Bird dogs strengthen core muscles, including those surrounding the sacroiliac joint, promoting better stability and reducing pain. And there you have it, four evidence-based exercises to help relieve sacroiliac joint pain. Remember to listen to your body and start slowly, gradually increasing the intensity as you get stronger. Consistency is key, so try to incorporate these exercises into your routine regularly for best results. Here’s to a happier, healthier sacroiliac joint! Pheasant hunting in Korea

Exercises and Stretches for Upper Back Pain – Ask Doctor Jo

These upper back pain stretching and strengthening exercises should help you find relief from back pain. They are easy to make at home or in the office. To see Doctor Jo’s blog post about this video, visit: The first stretch is for the thoracic area. Sitting in a chair that has a medium back height, place your hands behind your head and lean back over the back of the chair. Relax if you can and hold for 30 seconds; repeat 3 times. Next, you should stretch your pectoral muscles. If you have a foam roll, it will work better for stretching. Lie on the foam roll where it is directly over your spine and your head is supported. Now rest your elbows on the floor to one side. If that’s not enough of a stretch, you can straighten your arms and rest them on the floor. If that’s still not enough of a stretch, place your hands behind your head and press your elbows down. Hold for 30 seconds and do them 3 times. Now roll onto your stomach. Roll up a towel and place it under your forehead for added comfort. Now extend your arms to the sides as if you were forming a T with your body. Gently raise your arms toward the ceiling and try to bring your shoulder blades together. It is not necessary for your arms to be high, but they do need to be controlled. Hold them for about 2-3 seconds and do about 10-15. Turn face up again to see the “snow angels.” This exercise was taught to me by my physical therapist friend Phil, who helped me recover from my shoulder surgery. Place your arms flat on the ground in a slight stop sign position or as if you were preparing to make a snow angel. You can bend your knees and straighten your legs, but bending them will help support your back. Now slowly slide your arms up and try to keep your elbows and arms resting on the floor. Once they start to rise, slide them down. You only need to do about 10 of these with 2 sets. The next stretch will be sitting for a long time, with your legs stretched out in front of you. Bring your hands together directly in front of you and punch forward while curving your back forward and bringing your chin to your chest. You want to have a curl on your back. Hold this for 30 seconds and do it 3 times. The last exercise is “bird dogs.” This is done on all fours or quadruped. Try to keep your back straight like a table and try to keep your neck in a neutral position so as not to strain anything. Now raise one arm and bring it forward. At the same time, lift the opposite leg. Alternate arms and legs, doing 5-10 on each side. Goose flees from hunting dog (field trial labrador) – Goose hunting in Holland (ganzenjacht)

SUBS IN ENGLISH! Turn up your brightness, it was a cloudy morning. This morning I was with Joe, Red and my partner at a stand. Both are field trial Labs. Mainly of English lineage. The decoys and caller were doing a great job. In this way the geese were perfect for a good and ethical shot. If you are experienced enough to read geese, there is no need to shoot too early and therefore shoot them too high. If they want to be there, let them come. We photograph gray, Canadian, Egyptian and barnacle geese. Geese are a big problem in Holland. They do a lot of damage in agriculture. On this farm they damage the grasslands. They not only eat the grass but also dirty it with their feces. And since they are with hundreds or even a thousand, they trample the meadow. Then wet, muddy patches appear in the fields. In this video I will show you the damage that geese cause. I filmed the whole thing with a Gopro 5 and 8. I hope you enjoy the video as much as we did this morning! Equipment I used: Browning a5 12 gauge 76 cm barrel quarter choke (steel) Gamebore black gold nr 4 32 gr (steel) DK wai lures DK wai calls Electric caller MSA Sordin Pro Hearing protection GoPro 5 black and 8 black Newtons Joe of Upperclaws (Joe) black lab Everton of Royal Pleasure (Red) labrador redfox Don’t forget to check out some supplies! When you order more than 100 euros and put Rich Hunt in the comments section, you get a nice camouflage cap!
