So excited to collaborate with @ninetiesworshipnight for this remake of “History Maker”. Yep, I went back to the 90’s. My friends with “Nineties Worship Night” asked me to record a favorite worship song from the nineties. I of course said “yes”.
This remake of the 90s worship classic “History Maker,” originally recorded by the band Delirious? on their King Of Fools album released in 1997. I had a blast going in the studio and recording my version. I remember singing this song as a teenager and in my early years of worship leading. I got chills thinking of the prayer that is this anthem and how more than twenty-five years later it’s still the cry of my heart. I’m excited to share this song with a new generation and testify they will be “History makers in this land.”
