The Big Ten East has some considerable disparity from top to bottom, but the games can still be exciting.

11:14 Indiana Win Total

Indiana is 100-1 just to win the Big Ten East, which explains why their line is 3.5 The transfer portal has not treated them well as it seems the money inflow to the Big Ten just hasn’t touched their program yet. They do have a new coach and quarterback which can give the fans something to root for. Fortunately for them, the early part of the schedule features a few winnable games which can hopefully give them momentum.

19:59 Rutgers Win Total

Rutgers is extremely defensive minded and plays a brand of “ugly” football. Their line is just 3.5 but their schedule is quite favorable especially since they have 3 home games to start the season. They start off the year with Northwestern and can really start the year off strong with a conference win. At first glance, they have 6 winnable games, they only need to win 4 of these for the over.

26:49 Michigan State Win Total

State brings back a lot of talent on offense and brought in a few more pieces, but their issue is their defense. They have a win total of 5.5 for the year and are heavily relying on the growth of their offensive line to lead their great running game.

35:11 Maryland Win Total

7.5 wins is the total for Maryland. They are likely to be favored in 8 or 9 games this season and should finally be ready to take the next step. Towards the closing stretch of their season, they have a number of road games which could halt them from getting 8 wins.

42:10 Penn State Win Total

Penn State’s line sits at 9.5. Typically, they are right on the cusp of being a blue-chip team but you never have to worry about their defense. Everything on their schedule looks pretty good with just one potential trap game against Illinois.

48:14 Michigan Win Total

Michigan has taken considerable steps in the past few years behind Coach Harbaugh and their line sits at 10.5 wins. With a line like this, Michigan can only lose 1 game to hit their over, which is much easier said than done.
51:58 Ohio State Win Total

The team is not as talented as it has been in the past few years. Ohio State has the capability to reload like an SEC school and they still have Marvin Harrison Jr. but they did lose 14 starters last year. 10.5 is a tough line regardless and getting there won’t be easy with a new face under center.

The draft starts at pick 2 as everyone knows Wembanyama will go first. Miller was at one point the favorite to go second but now Scoot Henderson has entered the mix. However, Miller seems to be a better fit for the current Hornets team, but Scoot is the better overall prospect.

(11:46) NBA Draft Prop Bets

Bilal Coulibaly, a teammate of Victor Wembanyama has flown up draft boards as of late. Him going inside the top 10 at +220 is a good bet that as his versatile frame can make him impact the league right away, and GM’s are noticing. Victor winning the Rookie of the Year seems like he is more than capable, but another angle to consider is Chet Holmgren winning, since he was out all of last year.

(25:25) More NBA Draft Props

Cam Whittemore is 2-1 to go fifth overall to the Pistons. When it comes down to it, Whittemore is going fifth in almost every single mock draft, so to get him at 2-1 is a good deal. The Thomas twins are also a duo of players to look at in and around the top 5. Ausar Thompson looks like a lock to go 6th overall, falling slightly behind his brother because of a poorer shooting ability.

Nick Smith Jr. is 40-1 to go top 10. He battled injuries this year but when he played he looked really good. In addition, he was the number one recruit in his class out of high school, which historically results in being a top 10 draft pick, since 2011.

Grady Dick under 10.5 for draft position is +190. Dick seems like a prototype pick for the Utah Jazz at 9 as they are in need of a shooting, and he might be the best shooter in the class. OKC could also be a likely landing spot for Dick.

Derek Lively II is +225 to get in the top 10. As a defensive prowess, his talent can really anchor a defense and change the game. In the top 10, a lot of teams can benefit from this impact.

(49:33) Victor Wembanyama Career Prediction

Lonte believes that he will be a lower end version of Anthony Davis but better than Kristaps Porzingis. Despite being the greatest prospect since LeBron, it is hard to imagine anyone to reach that status, no matter how good they might be. Regardless, by being a Spur at the start of his career, Victor will be in good hands to kick off a hopefully long and successful career.

Welcome to another home workout no equipment needed! This full-body workout routine is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.

Kickstart your fitness journey right at home with this video. We start with a 3-minute warm-up, featuring a combination of stretching and light cardio exercises. These include the shoulder butterfly stretch, arm circles, side stretches, trunk rotations, heel raises, followed by more dynamic exercises such as the lateral shuffle, cross-body butt kicks, and walking jacks with lateral arms. These exercises prepare your body and mind for the main workout by increasing blood circulation and flexibility.

Next, we dive into the main portion of our workout – a 26-minute circuit training routine consisting of four rounds. The exercises in this circuit are squats, push-ups, bird dogs, fire hydrants, and the Pilates classic, the hundred. Each of these exercises targets different muscle groups, ensuring a comprehensive full-body workout.

We conclude with a calming breathing exercise, helping you cool down and recover after your workout.

Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced exerciser, this workout can be adjusted to suit your level. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout and modify the exercises if needed.

A lot of nonsense went on in this last week of the USFL regular season. Bad plays and poor offense left some teams out, resulting in four teams left to win it all.

(8:48) Panthers vs Maulers (-3)

Both teams come into this playoff with losing records. The Panthers really aren’t too impressive offensively, especially last week. Pittsburgh has a very strong defense which should expose Michigan, who is in a small quarterback battle right now between Love and Perry. Simply put, the Panthers are going to get destroyed and you should start theorizing the odds on Maulers ML. The only way the Maulers lose is if they beat themselves offensively.

(20:30) Breakers vs Stallions (-3)

Birmingham is basically the only team with an actual fan base and they get to play this game at home. The Stallions have looked well this season and is basically the most legit team in the league all-around. The Breakers have looked well too but they don’t have enough to confidently say they will win this one, but you can’t count them out like the Panthers. Although, with the line only being 3, its hard to not take the Stallions in this one.

(32:45) Champions League Football ??

A Kramer Champions League theory for football would be for the top couple teams in the spring leagues to face off against NFL teams during the preseason of the NFL. Perhaps expanding the rosters of the NFL slightly and letting fourth and fifth stringers face off against the best of the XFL and USFL could be interesting.

BIRD DOG PLANCHA ⎮ Advanced plank exercise variation ⎮ PLANKMAS DAY 18

Here on YouTube, PLANKMAS means I’m sharing a video with a new plank variation every day during the holiday month. I want you to find inspiration and be creative with your boards! Today’s video presents the BIRD DOG PLANK. The bird dog plank exercise is a much more advanced plank variation, so be sure to master good form in the regular elbow plank before attempting this move. As with any other plank variation, be sure to avoid the following mistakes: 1: Excessive arching of the spine 2: Excessive twisting of the hips 3: Shoulders behind the hands 4: Butt in the air You can find my elbow plank tutorial where I go over all of these common mistakes and more right here: The bird dog plank targets the obliques, as well as the rectus abdominis, hip flexors, and shoulders. If you find the plank bird dog too challenging, try the alternating plank reach or the quad bird dog also shown in this video. Sacroiliac joint exercises to relieve pain – 4 BASIC EXERCISES #physiosophy #sacroiliac joint Hello! If you suffer from sacroiliac joint pain, you are not alone. It can be a real pain in the… well, sacroiliac area! But fear not, because I have some exercises that can give you some much-needed relief. These exercises are backed by solid evidence and are very easy to do. So let’s dive right in! The Bridge Begin by lying face up on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor with your arms placed next to your torso. – Support your core and squeeze your butt before any movement. – While supporting yourself, lift your butt off the ground and continue squeezing it. – Hold this position for 5 seconds and slowly return to the starting position. – Aim for 10 repetitions. One-Leg Bridges: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. – Raise one leg off the ground, keeping it bent at a 90-degree angle. Now, push with the heel of your other foot to lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold the position for a second and then lower yourself back down. – Do 10 repetitions with each leg. Single leg bridges strengthen the muscles around the sacroiliac joint, providing more support and reducing pain. Clams: Lie on your side with your knees bent and hips stacked. – Keeping your feet together, raise your top knee as high as you can without rotating your pelvis backwards. Hold the position for a moment and then lower yourself back down. – Try to perform 10 to 15 repetitions on each side. Clams help improve hip stability, which can relieve stress on the sacroiliac joint. Bird Dogs: Get on your hands and knees in a tabletop position, with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. – Now, extend your right arm forward and your left leg back, keeping them parallel to the ground. Hold the position for a moment, then return to the starting position and switch sides. – Alternate sides for 10 repetitions each. Bird dogs strengthen core muscles, including those surrounding the sacroiliac joint, promoting better stability and reducing pain. And there you have it, four evidence-based exercises to help relieve sacroiliac joint pain. Remember to listen to your body and start slowly, gradually increasing the intensity as you get stronger.
