Welcome to our Mat Pilates Lower Body Focused Class. In this 24-minute video, we will guide you through a series of exercises designed to tone and strengthen your lower body, including your legs, glutes, and hips.
We will begin with a brief warm-up to activate the core and prepare the body for the workout ahead. Then, we will move into a series of Pilates exercises targeting the lower body, using bodyweight or small props like resistance bands or ankle weights to add intensity and challenge.
