Shidokan Karate Home Training | Part 2 | Kihon Geri Waza

Welcome to the official Savigynos Menu Centras channel!

This is the second part of home training video series presented by Shihan Marek Kubiak (5th DAN). In this episode, Shihan covers Kihon Geri Waza (kicking techniques) which involves Mae Geri, Mawashi Geri, Yoko Geri, Ushiro Geri kicks as well as kata and leg hardening exercises.

Self-Defense Arts Center (SMC) is the only martial arts club in Lithuania dedicated to training and promoting the Shidokan Karate combat system.
Our club is a member of the World Karate Association Shidokan.
