EvilGSP Bro Tastic Myths And Lies Diet Is Everything

A new segment of the EvilGSP Video Blog “”Bro-Tastic Myths And Lies”

Today’s Lie – DIET IS EVERYTHING

I’m B. Chavez; Evil Genius Sports Performance is my company and vision. My intention is for www.EvilGSP.com and specifically this video blod is to be my internet presence and illustrate my actions and attitudes toward the world of strength sports.

In this forum I will cover bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman events and news as well as my thoughts and ideas on all things weight training related. Many of my ideas and thoughts will mesh well with almost all dedicated iron-goers, some however will be a bit more rough edged for the faint of heart!

Here you will find training and instructional videos and articles on and about myself and training partners, as well as other athletes I feel meet the EGSP benchmark.

Some of the Ideas that this blog will cover are:
• Powerlifting
• Strongman
• Bodybuilding
• Scholastic & Collegiate Sports
• Strength Training
• Nutrition & Supplementation

Over time this www.EvilGSP.com will become a complete internet representation of the EvilGenius training methodology.

With this video bolg and its associated web sites I want to make you laugh, I want to make you mad! I want to make you work harder. I want you to look closer. The greatest effect I could ever hope to have is to make you THINK and then share those thoughts.
My deepest intention for EGSP as well as myself is not to prove to you or anyone else that I am the singular outlet for truth, but through thought, experiment and dialog bring us all a bit closer to the truth.

Sled dog mushing in Alaska | Iditarod Training | Whitney

Flashback to the summer of 2013. Whitney and her family went on a hike to a dog sledding camp near Skagway, Alaska. The dogs were amazing…smart, well trained and strong. Dogs and mushers spend the summer months dragging tourists along the trails so they will be in prime condition come winter and it’s time for the legendary Iditarod Trail sled dog race. Everyone had a great time even though it was raining. Blakely stayed home with Grandma during this trip, but we added Cousin Wyatt to the mix. From Wikipedia: The Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race is an annual long-distance sled dog race held in early March from Anchorage to Nome. Mushers and a team of 16 dogs, of which at least 6 must be at the finish line, cover the distance in 9 to 15 days or more.[1] The Iditarod began in 1973 as an event to test the best teams and dog sleds, but evolved into the highly competitive race of today. The current record for fastest winning time was set by Dallas Seavey in 2014 with a time of 8 days, 13 hours, 4 minutes and 19 seconds.
